This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. "Perfect place to stay."

Breakfast was not included. The location was fabulous! It was right across the road from Mill Bay. It was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect here. Would stay here if we visited Kodiak again.
