Hostgool Beach Chalets Mirage bay resort & aqua park

It's a very nice place to stay several days, but keep in mind this is not a regular hotel, it is a private chalet in the complex area of an hotel. At the beginning, we were surprised, because we didn't enter by the main entrance. But we had access to the same areas of the complex (beach, swimming pool, Aqua park etc.). The difference is that the services are provided by a special host who takes really good care of the clients. Also, I was worried about the deposit, but the host was very honest and gave me back every penny. I think the deposit is really in case you break something like the washing machine. The food is better than a hotel because it's brought to your chalet anytime you want and very fresh. Plus, the host has a large choice of activities for very good prices - I paid less money than the customers of hotels for the same activities. So if you stay several days and want something which has the advantages of a private apartment like Airbnb and also an all inclusive like a hotel, this formula is the perfect combo. I would book it again if I want to stay more than 3 nights. Don't hesitate to ask anything you need from Hossam, he's very nice, honest, and takes good care of the clients. The negative point is that the kitchen is a little bit small if you want to cook : the stove wasn't really good.

Not to far from shops and beaches.

Had to enter trough a back door. Very suspicious. Staff couldn't even speak English properly and they wanted to sign a paper that wasn't even translated to English or other language. The room had good space but the cleaness was not good. The bed sheet where old and had stains on it. Made my booking with breakfast included but when got there there was nothing. The slides for the kids were faulty aswell.

Le propriétaire n’a pas du tout respecter l’heure du chek in , de plus il avait coupé tout moyen de communication avec lui. Ces actions ne sont respectueux et professionnel . Le wifi était également catastrophique

L'équipement et les fournitures de l'appartement sont vraiment complet, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin : gel douche, shampoing, serviettes bain et plage, sopalin, klinex, machine à laver, lessive, climatisation, télé, wifi gratuit, frigo, micro ondes, bouilloire, sèche cheveux, fer à repasser, crème, etc... L'hôte, Hossam, est vraiment attentionné et veille à ce que l'on ne manque de rien, il répond immédiatement via whatsapp et est très très réactif! Communication parfaite. L'appartement est situé près de la piscine et du bord de mer. Pour le petit dèj, le frigo est toujours plein et l'hôte nous livre ce que l'on demande, cake, gâteau, lait chocolaté, fruit, fromage, charcuterie, boissons, sodas, bouteilles d'eau à volonté. Les repas livrés sont typiquement égyptiens et de bonne qualité, meilleurs que le buffet de l'hôtel. Un système de commande via whatsapp est en place, très pratique. Nous pouvons profiter de toutes les infrastructures de l'hôtel. C'est un hôtel populaire où se mêle la population égyptienne et des touristes étrangers. Zone calme excentrée. La chambre principale est de qualité avec du beau mobilier.

J'ai appris, après la réservation sur Booking qu'on ne mangerait pas au sein de l’hôtel mais livrés dans l'appartement. Par ailleurs il n'y a qu'un repas fourni par jour mais ce qui a été amplement suffisant pour nous. Si l'on veut manger à l'hôtel c'est 13€/jour/personne. Une caution de 100€ en cash vous sera demandée (sans facture) et restituée à la fin du séjour. Pour le checkout à 12h, nous avion notre vol à 19h30, il n'y a pas de service luggage pour garder les bagages, pour plus de confort nous avons donc réservé, le jour même, une demi-journée en plus, à prévoir. Nous sommes dans le Mirage Bay mais sans y faire vraiment partis, nous n'avons pas les bracelets pour les consommations de l'hôtel. L'appartement est situé à 10 min de marche de l'entrée principale. Au niveau des finitions et des standards de propreté, il y a encore quelques efforts à faire. L'appartement se situe dans une zone excentrée un peu délabrée et proche d'un chantier, d'ailleurs le balcon à vue dessus. Pour les 2 autres personnes, (nous étions 4), c'est canapé lit. Un peu petit pour 4 personnes.

Proximité avec la Plage et Piscine. Réactivité de l'hote. La machine a laver dans l appartement.

Pas vraiment un All inclusive, Nous commandant a l hote et il nous amène ca tout les jours. Le bien ne fait pas 90m2, plutôt 50/60.

the air conditioning was not working, the place was dirty, and breakfast was not served in the hotel but in the chalet itself. The food provided was unacceptable—partially eaten items and a single bottle of juice were left behind. When I attempted to raise a complaint at the reception, the staff responded that it was “not their concern.” Additionally, there was no proper parking, and the staff admitted that these issues happen on a daily basis. This feels deceptive and unprofessional. I strongly advise reporting this matter to the authorities, as it amounts to swindling.

Other than the beach, nothing matched what was advertised on Booking.com. We felt very disappointed with the overall experience. The chalets were in poor condition, and the rate was far too high compared to the quality provided—as even the staff themselves admitted. There was no proper car parking, and I was not even allowed to drive to the chalet to unload my luggage, which made the stay even more inconvenient. Overall, this was a very bad experience and not worth the price.

The chalet was clean and equipped with all needed facilities, the location is close to the beach and swimming pool.

The resort itself is not clean, there is no available parking slot, sanitary bad smell, the swimming pool was dirty, chalet is far from the gate and you need to take Toktok for 30 EGP per trip.
