Die Klimaanlage funktionierte im Hauptwohnzimmer nicht (viel zu heiß im Sommer)! Leitungswasser fällt mindestens zweimal täglich aus, jeweils für mindestens 30 Minuten! Schädlingsbekämpfung war sehr schlecht Kein privater Pool, es gibt einen Pool mit eingeschränktem Zugang (beschränkt auf Hunderte von Personen!) Kein Meer- oder Poolblick (nicht wie auf den Bildern) Kein Chalet-Wechsel angeboten, Probleme wurden weder behoben noch ein Rabatt gewährt Air conditioning was not working in main living room (too hot in the summer)! Tap Water cuts at least twice a day, each at least 30 minutes! Pest control was very poor No private pool, there is a pool with limited access (limited to hundreds of people!) No sea or pool view at all (not like pictures) No chalet change offered, issues were not fixed or even discount provided

Lo que más nos gusto es irnos corriendo nada más llegar sin quedarnos, ante el schok que nos llevamos.

La entrada no es por el hotel Es por una cajjeja estrecha. No te dejan entrar al parking del área prepárate para andar 20 minutos. No hay área de recepción. Es un chalet particular sucio y lleno de enseres personales por todas partes. Si te ofren régimen de comidas es para que comas de lo que te dejan en la nevera, cocinate tu mismo , cosas abiertas y cerradas y baratas. No sabemos si puedes usar el Aquapark porque es del hotel, si decides ir pregunta todos los detalles no vayas a salir corriendo como nosotros.

I really loved my stay at this chalet. First of all, you have to know that the chalet is not really apart from the resort, but it is just on the side from the resort. However, you have access to the facilities of the resort. So, we got access to the beach, to the swimming pool, to the aqua park, which was really amazing. The location was really perfect. It was very near to the beach. It was like 20-30 meters, so you can really enjoy. The other angle that I really loved was that the size of the apartment. I mean, instead of getting rooms, because we are a family of five, this was a one-bedroom apartment, which was pretty good. And lastly, I mean, Hossam was very useful, which was the host, because he was always here to add some additional water, to exchange some currencies if we need, or anything that we've requested, he was more than open to help us.

The only think that I can note is that although there is a mention of breakfast included, it is not. When we arrived we got a fridge full of food - but that is not really a breakfast. When I was booking, I was expecting buffet in the resort, instead of IKEA style (egs, cheese, salami) breakfast in the fridge.

I thought this was a hotel! Its not. I cannot recommend this place, if anything please save yourself and stay away. Bed sheets, pillows and blankets were dirty with stains. Tiles were missing in the shower. We were forced to pay the host $100USD otherwise he would not allow us to check in. Although we paid for breakfast, at check in we were told it was not included but we were given 'groceries' in the fridge but no tea coffee. That night, we had banging on our door at 11pm at night 3 times over half an hour. I felt unsafe and didn't open the door. At the pool, we couldn't sit on lounge chairs, use the pool, or the aqua park because we were asked by attendants were our wristbands we're. We never received any. When I asked the host about it he said no one else has complained. This is so scammy. Not as listed or advertised with pool or aqua pack access. Do Not Recommend!
