Spacious, proactive help from the owner and co-host, good value for money

Really spacious, staff were friendly, great water pressure

A lot of outlets weren’t working, AC wasn’t working, ovens labels were rubbed off

It was very nicely decorated, one of the most comfortable beds, a great shower and bath, and the apartment had a great overall feeling. In a nice part of town, a short walk from waterkant mall. Lighting was perfect whether you were cooking or relaxing in front of the TV.

Oven was a bit tricky to use, and I had trouble connecting to the wifi, only because my camera had broken and I couldn't simply scan the QR code. This was resolved in no time, though.

Room itself and decor is absolutely beautiful.

The check in staff and not having internet or compensation for internet I had to purchase in the time that the owners had issues that could of been resolved beforehand as I have rightfully paid for the acomdation and it's included esenciales services I did not receive.
