Spacious, Modern Home, Central Newquay w/ parking

The house was modern clean spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. You can't wish for a better location literally everything is on the doorstep including the sea.

There isn't anything negative that I can say

Location, parking and outside space

To many things not working properly, dishwasher, oven, whole house needed checking over and sorting out. We had some issues and contacted the management company and he did come and sort some of the issues out quite quickly. Could do with a washing line or airer to dry clothes on and the outside space could also do with a tidy up. When you pay nearly £3000 for your weeks stay you do expect things to work correctly and everything to be clean.

It was in a very convenient location with easy access to the beach, shops & restaurants. Very comfortable

No washing line & dishwasher needed attention

Great location and good facilities and space

Parking tight but building alterations nearby and many trades vehicles - parking at residences ok/good!
