Spacious, Modern Home, Central Newquay w/ parking

Location couldn't be beat, right on the hug street, and beach. Nice layout family open space downstairs l.

Great central location. Comfy beds, plenty of space for everyone. Parking for 3 cars was a great bonus. Communication with the owners was swift and they were great.

Lack of basics in the kitchen. Could do with some small pots and pans and chopping board. Cleaning wasn’t great, I had to clean floors/kitchen area on arrival. Main Gate doesn’t close properly. Shower was broken by previous guests. Downstairs toilet was temperamental. Downstairs TV was really complicated and not much available to watch.

Absolutely fantastic stay, amazing house! We were nervous about there being so many adults staying under one roof but the house was so spacious. We will definitely be looking to stay again for sure. Amazing stash of board games too, was an added bonus! Every single person thought it was superb!

Squeaky floorboards in the corridor! Didn’t actually cause any problems but everyone was super concscious of waking people up when they were going to the bathroom at night! Was never an issue though as the beds are so comfy so everyone slept like logs :)

Beautiful property in a great location. Very close to a lot of shops and restaurants, and so close to three beaches

Loved it all, could’ve done with extra cloths for wiping surfaces etc Couldn’t check in until after 4pm, which was a little late in the day, but we made the most of it. We were asked to strip the beds and put out all rubbish, which wasn’t an issue, but would have thought the cleaners would be doing this.
