Location

Bed made noise as we sleep and move..difficult to walk around the bed to the kitchen as not much space. I hurt my knees twice

"Avoid - their terms are awful"

Nothing really.

Immediately after booking I started getting excessive notifications and messages that had a threatening tone (they'll charge you for everything you might do wrong). Then, to get the key they demanded I make a deposit payment by credit card only refundable after 10 to 12 days (yeah right!). Add to that the requirement to provide a face picture and scan of Government ID with no mention of secure storage or a privacy policy in place to protect me and my sensitive data. There was no way I was prepared to do this. So I contacted the property and requested a refund. They said no and that all of the above in their terms - none of which were clear to me. This feels like a scam. I cut my losses and used the Premiere Inn instead.
