The listing gave the impression of professionally managed accommodation within the Pyramid Tower development. Upon arrival, I discovered that the accommodation was in fact a privately managed residential unit. This was not made sufficiently clear in the presentation of the listing. The accommodation also did not match the description as there was no balcony despite the room being advertised as an "Apartment with View and Balcony". In addition, the unit was not clean and fell below reasonable expectations for paid accommodation.
