"Ubytování je hezké a čisté, super poloha hotelu, wellness zklamáním. Snídaně by mohli být lepší. Parkování není v ceně a"

Ubytování má skvělou polohu pro výlety.

Wellness bylo v jedné malé místnosti, bohužel není prostor pro odpočinek, ale jen dvě křesílka pro všechny návštěvníky, kde je hned vedle vířivka, která je dost hlučná. Sauny velmi malé. Pokud by to bylo pouze pro dvě osoby, bylo by to dostačující, ale když se tam sejde více lidí, je to problém.

The price was OK, and the facilities clean and cosy.

Spa I imagine differently. Having sauna and whirlpool in the house is OK, but I know much nicer places. No place to rest after sauna, but for two private massage rooms there's plenty of room.

"Przyjemny hotel w Karpaczu"

Pokój czysty i przytulny, wygodne łóżko, dostępny telewizor z aplikacjami takimi jak Netflix czy inne platformy streamingowe. W ciągu dnia można skorzystać z bufetu napojów, w tym świetnej lokalnie wyparzanej kawy i naturalnych soków 100%. Bardzo dobre śniadanie z wyborem pysznych serów. Tuż obok hotelu przystanek autobusowy, do centrum można dojść dłuższym spacerem. Miła obsługa, dzięki której bez problemu udało nam się przełożyć rezerwację na późniejszy termin :).

Czystość jacuzzi zdecydowanie do poprawy, zardzewiałe i niedziałające głośniki, czarny osad. Brak windy. Dodatkowa opłata 30 zł/noc za parking, czego nie wyłapaliśmy w ogłoszeniu na Bookingu. Wieczorem w strefie SPA bardzo tłoczno, a nie jest ona wielka. Ze strefy SPA korzystają także dzieci, przez co nie można poczuć się swobodnie na saunie.
