The staff were amazing and super helpful. Kudos to their service! ❤️

Xbox was not working. May be a one time issue but not that important for me. Maybe an extended breakfast buffet with some croissants? The game room definitely needs much more lighting as there is only one lamp in a big room.

Schönes, ideal gelegenes Hotel für Bergwanderungen im Riesengebirge im oberen Teil von Karpacz, unweit der Kirche Wang, nah zu den Wanderwegen, Stadtbus zum Ortszentrum um die Ecke. Sehr kinderfreundliches Hotel mit gutem Frühstück, Kaffee- und Getränkebar inklusive bis 21 Uhr. Sehr schön sind (Whirl-)Balia im Garten, kl. Bassin, Dampfsauna und Hängematten. Angenehmer Frühstückssaal. 800 m Höhe im Ort.
