Clean, well proportioned, fab location, comfy beds, well equipped. Hosts very accommodating.

Nothing wrong though black out blinds leaked light so eye masks needed .

"Lovely cottage for exploring Suffolk."

Very clean. Everything we needed for our stay. Few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants and a few minutes the other way to St Gregorys Church and the lovely water meadows walk.

It is an old weavers cottage, so there is one steepish step into the cottage.

The property is in an excellent location for all local amenities, being only a couple of minutes walk from the main high street, shops and cafes. The property was spotless, very welcoming and the hosts responded to our queries very promptly. Spacious parking to the side of the building. Highly recommend on all fronts 🤩

"Fantastic comfortable house in the centre of Sudbury"

The location was fab, right in the centre of town . It was clean, airy and looked brand new ! The kitchen had all the necessary appliances like washing machine, dishwasher etc if you wanted them. There was tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and even a bottle of wine left ! The garden was a bonus as was the shed for bike storage. It also has parking for one car. The hosts were fantastic as my car broke down literally outside the house and they immediately helped with pushing it and ringing garages!!

The only addition would be a cafetière and a teapot !!

"Excellent home from home stay in Sudbury"

Lovely terraced cottage just a minute or so from Sudbury town centre. Very comfortable with everything you could wish for for a short stay (or longer as all amenities were provided) Roomy bedrooms. Good over-bath shower. Hosts were very helpful and responsive to messages. Plenty of shopping options around market square and on main street, several decent pubs and restaurants.

Couldn't really fault the property or location, just be careful of the quite high step to get into the property from the road, wouldn't be good for someone with reduced mobility.
