Entire holiday home with FREE parking & fast WIFI

location was great, very clean and so handy having parking available

sofa not very comfortable, fair bit of street noise (expected for such an old building), bed could have been bigger

The location is perfect and the house caters to all your needs.

The property was lovely and clean and well kept inside. location was fab. Very close to the centre of Ambleside and close to lots of hiking routes. I liked the keyless entry and the heating controlled by google was brilliant.

It is in desperate need of double or even triple glazed windows. The single glazed windows let in a lot of noise from the busy main road (so sleep was often disturbed) and also meant there was always a lot of condensation on the windows and running down the walls and although we stayed warm better windows would’ve meant having the heating on a lot less. It’s the only thing that lets this apartment down.

great location, excellent having its own parking space, very clean. host was very informative with information about keyless entry, recommendations for dog friendly visits.

good value. comfortable. spacious. great location. the owners were also very helpful when we needed some assistance responding very quickly.

Location, Parking, Facilities all excellent. Couldn't rate it any higher!

The property was clean & warm

No hot water from taps over coldest days of winter -4c outside. The hob & oven did not work & we expected self catering facilities. There was a foul drain smell in the hallway & bedroom. We were locked out of the property for an hour by the high tech entry system.

Clean and modern with plenty of room. Hallway very good if you have wet clothing. Near town centre.

A couple of problems which we spoke with the property owner about and quite noisy being right on busy road junction.
