Franks Apt 4 - Roof Terrace - Sleeps 6

The flat was really lovely! The view of the sea and north pier from the terrace was great and worth staying for. Perfect for sitting in the sun with a drink! The facilities were great , lovely bathrooms and kitchen! There’s even a wine fridge!

Unfortunately for us the flat was up several flights/stairs - didn’t realise how many and not good for me as I use a stick. But ok if you’re able -my mistake. The big thing was the noise from the clubs outside - the music booms til 3-4am and then there’s lots of shouting til people leave. Not good if you have kids or want to sleep. I’d take ear plugs to stay here. It would be great if you want to go clubbing and want a bit of class to stay at.

Apartment was well equipped, modern, clean, comfortable and well situated.

Not that it bothered me but it can be noisy with the music from the bars across the road. Although ear plugs are provided by host

It had a balcony

Food crumbs and hair all in between the sofa cushions!! We didn’t even stay for our second night due to all the bugs that managed to get into the property! There were 100’s all over the walls bed sheets and floor skirting boards! We left immediately! Called the emergency number and the person I spoke to said there was nothing they could do! I have also emailed about this through the app and had no response! Totally unprofessional!! I will be claiming a partial refund as we were unable to stay in the property through no fault of ours!

Lovely large appartment.

No lift, to many stairs. Unable to sleep as clubs opposite blaring music until 5am.

Beautiful apartment. Fabulous terrace with great sea and tower view. Lovely bathrooms and loads of space.

This apartment is literally on Blackpool's night club street. Very loud music and shouting until at least 4am. Blinds on all windows very flimsy which let all the light from the night clubs in and the very bright light directly outside the window. This would not be an issue if you want to spend the weekend in the night club. In fact if partying is what you are after this apartment would be brilliant.

Simple check in and apartment was spacious and central to the bar areas

I would’ve give 5 across the board if the soft furnishings were a little better and there were curtains on the bedroom windows. Other than that the place was very clean, very central to the party district so wouldn’t suit families but I loved it. Very spacious and a little bit of improvement in finishings and furniture and it would be strong competition for the Old Bank Apartments nearby
