Franks Apt 4 - Roof Terrace - Sleeps 6

Fantastic location, balcony really made it as the weather was lovely with views of north pier and tower. Would definitely stay here again.

Roof terrace sealed it for me... And a novelty of going downstairs to bed.

There is a club thats open till 4am below you so the kids sleep was disturbed.

The property was clean and up-to-date Location was great for us. We had to go to Black pole Tower and Winter Garden’s and it was very close by. Grocery store very close by Property manager provided wonderful towels, which is not always the case in some Airbnb‘s.

Loved the property the view was amazing the beds was very comfy the host made it extra special by decking it out for a 40th birthday for us had a lovely night in on the Friday and so handy to all bars Thank you

Kitchen & Bathrooms were nice & Beds comfortable Lounge & Bedrooms very basic, no Drawers for clothes, Sofa’s & Dining Chairs very shabby, no Bins in Bedrooms or Bathroom !

Noise was horrendous till gone 4am got hardly any sleep. Stairs were a challenge, cold at night & unable to put heating on , only 2 hand towels & very small at that , lots of flies every time door to balcony got opened !

Apartment was lovely the rooms were beautiful and clean.

The noise from the clubs opposite was just too much, went on until 4am the loud music, ambulances and people talking etc. The worst nights sleep ever. Definitely not suitable for families would better suited clubbers and groups of young people.

The property is really modern and the roof terrace is nice. Both bedrooms having ensuite is really good and there is also a further bathroom with toilet and wash basin. It was also very clean. Location wise it was walking distance to most things which was great and had a great view of the tower.

It has a number of stairs to reach the property and it can be quite noisy at nighttime due to it being across the road from various pubs/clubs. It could of maybe been more kitted out in the kitchen, it did lack some basic utensils etc.

Property was so clean and spacious along with being very homely

I didn’t realise when booking it that it was next to all the nightclubs , so very noisey but this is out-with there control

So modern ands spacious for all the family. We left a fluffy pillow behind and they kindly posted this back to us, great customer service

Quite noisy at night with the bars over the road, but not a game changer

It was very well presented and a lovely place to stay, it’s finished to a high standard and everything you need in there

The lift wasn’t working and on top floor lol
