Host is very responsive. Location is excellent (near Atria shops and there’s a Coffee Bean and 7-11 at front), staff are nice. The bed and pillows are comfy, check-in and check out process are easy. The unit is very spacious as well.

Tom is a gracious host. He knew we were exhausted from our travels and tried his best to get us to the room earlier than usual. We waited in the pool area which was large, quiet and breezy. The studio is 23 sq m. Good space if you are travelling light but not for us who had 2 large and 2 small cases. Not Tom's fault. Bed was comfy. We loved the TV has multi channels and TV apps. Wifi was great. Generous number of sockets. Kitchen was equipped enough. It had some snacks (for sale) and had rice, pasta, condiments for Free. There's a wee cupboard, flat iron, dryer, no safe. Building security was good. They were helpful and polite. The building location is walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs. Location is quiet.

Shower was not powerful. Could be the same case in any part of Atria. Door was heavy --- a screw or hinge needs adjustment probably.

The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation.

The room offers great value, with a reasonable price, cleanliness, and convenient access. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues: the air conditioning occasionally malfunctions, and the water dispenser produces a peculiar noise.
