Very clean and modern. Exceptional quality.

It would be more convenient oŕ efficient to have written information in the unit about wifi access and if snacks in the room are complimentary. 😀

Fabulous apartment, king size bed with deep mattress. Has everything you need and more. Coffee shop, laundry shop and 7eleven all on the complex. Walking distance to the river esplanade in one direction, SM iloilo in the other.. I wanted to extend my stay but it wasn't available. Definitely stay here again.

I have to say I found the AC loud when trying to sleep also turn it off and use the electric fan it's also noisy. Turn both off and you can hear the hot and cold water dispenser which is next to the bed. So I give it 9.5/10 . Still a great place to stay

No breakfast

Put a swivel arm on the tv ,tou can't watch tv when sitting on the chair...fix the drain in the shower, looks like it is clogging up.
