"It’s not as good as I expected based on the description"

The accommodation is well located in the city center

There were some negative aspects: there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room, and there was mold in the shower. Also, there is no terrace as described—only a door-sized window. Parking in the courtyard is inconvenient, as there are no designated spaces; if you're lucky, you might find an empty spot for your car.
