Liftul prea șubred al blocului - apartamentul fiind la etajul 5; Izolarea fonică a apartamentului; Presiunea apei la dus; Baia - necesita mici renovări (ex: butoni pentru ușile de la dus)

A kilàtás nagyon szép volt , minden könnyen megközelíthető

Roló nem volt az ablakon igy reggelente nagyon beszűrődött a napfény , nem volt erkély ahova kilehet ülni

The view was indeed nice.

Apartment is located at 5th floor and the elevator does not work - if it magically does decide to work it can transport 1 person only max so the hasle to go up and down 5 floors is definitely a negative aspect. Bathroom - shower was in really bad state, even the door knobs to close the shower were loose waiting to fall. The AC was directly hitting the bed so you either cool the room during summer prior sleep and hope you survive the night with it off or you bare the current on you and risk to get sick. No welcome amenities for same price range as other locations in the city. Very noisy as you hear all the traffic from the centre of town. Bed was not comfortable to sleep.The parking location was crossing centre pedestrian walkway so very difficult to enter and exit.
