Only good thing about this apartment is location. No doubt.

From the front door you could smell very moldy and unpleasant smell. The apartment is very moldy. There's no natural light at all (in living room). Bathroom and toilet are separated. Shower is upstairs. Stairs are horrible. Stairs are directly under kitchen, so when you walk on them, dirt is literally falling to the sink and kitchen area. In appartment you have an inventory list with prices (how much will you pay if you break something 🤨). I have never ever seen something similar to that. And I have a problem with them about security deposit. They siimply didn't pay it back to me, and I have evidence for my claim. I've contacted Booking to solve this issue. Photos of this object are incredibly beautiful, but reality is far from it. Do not recommend it at all.

Carino il duplex, la posizione, il letto anche era comodo

non mi è piaciuta la doccia ricavata nel muro, il bagno ( wc) da un’altra parte, puzza di muffa. La posizione è comoda perché è molto centrale, ma non ci tornerei

Eine super Lage, in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum oder beim Bus-Terminal

Gibt nichts auszusetzen, ausser ev.mehr Ablage für Kleidung im Schlafraum.
