Funky Scottsdale Modern Micro Studio - Walk to OT

We liked the location. It was only 15 minutes from medevil times.

No coffee pot. Smaller than a regular motel room, the stairs were too steep.NO PARKING

There was no breakfast, but a fridge and microwave, which I didn't use, because breakfast was available at my conference. It was great that the apartment had a small balcony.

Unfortunately there was a noisy neighbour upstairs, but it only woke me up once a night.

Great location, nice style to the room.

More AirBnb-ish than I imagined. 3rd party face scanning etc. seemed oppressI’ve. Upkeep was not 100%. Host has attempted to charge for a sheet that was left used for 3 days. Only evidence is a picture before it was washed.

3PM arrival room temperature over 100 degrees…fan blowing hot air heat as a result! A/C guessed not checked on…temperature steady until 9 PM when open patio door for a slight breeze occasionally! No way to contact any one in the compound? Left early AM..notified owner, said that should no have happened. Said thanks for update….not even an apology!

Location was great and the room was very clean.

The A/C was not working and although I made numerous inquiries, it was never addressed. The room was hot, couldn’t open the door because of barking dogs downstairs.

Cute efficiency with everything that I needed. Nice location and happy that the pool was heated. It was a thoughtful touch to provide organic spices and EVOO for use. It was also quite with not too much traffic given we were at the end of a road.

I was frustrated that the broken A/C was not addressed right away since I lost out on 2 nights of sleep and had to find somewhere else to work during the day. When I messaged the owners about the issue, I was thanked and told that I would be contacted right away but heard nothing. I sent another message late that evening to check in and was told it had been reported with another thank you. I didn't feel that it was necessary to thank me, but rather an apology would have been more appropriate. The only way I had to cool the place down was to leave the sliding glass door open and the fan on after the sun went down. Unfortunately, I could not leave the door open the whole night because there was no screen and the noise of the cars and people kept me up. Unfortunately, those were both 90 degree days and the room would hardly cool down so I didn't get much sleep. The blinds on the sliding door did not overlap correctly even after I tried to fix them. I'm accustomed to a darker space when I sleep so this was a bit frustrating. Side note: The hanging wall clock needs a battery since it's not working and there were bugs coming up out of the sink each morning. I tried to tell the cleaning person but they did not speak English and I don't know if they understood me.

Pleasant property, clean, nicely decorated and easy to get to. The small balcony area was a welcome addition. Great safe location and an easy walk to the downtown area.

Parking was a little tricky, but always found a spot nearby.

The pool was great and heated! The roof top patio was fun! Location was awesome with lots of free parking.
