The property offered us a quiet stay in Heacham. The property was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen and bath were adequate. There is plenty of parking as well. The property was conveniently located to walk along the beach.

We had the most wonderful 2-night stay in this beautiful bungalow and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless—immaculately clean and clearly very well cared for. The property is incredibly well equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made settling in so easy. The bed was comfortable. The enclosed garden was a huge bonus for our dogs—they absolutely loved having a safe space to relax and play. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and only a quick drive into Hunstanton, making it ideal for exploring the area. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and happy to answer any questions we had. We’ve stayed in quite a few places around Heacham over the years, but this little gem is by far our favourite. We’re already looking forward to coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

A great house in the perfect location. It was in a quiet and peaceful street only 5 mins drive from the beach. There’s a lovely pub just a 5 mins walk away and convenience shops, cafes, takeaways also just a 5 mins drive away. The house was lovely and clean and comfortable and the ideal space for my husband and I and our two dogs.
