EEJs Beautiful 2 bed Apartment - Sheffield centre

Great location, only a 10 minute walk into the city center. Lovely clean, spacious apartment with a great view of the city.

There was no handle on the inside of the main door. The Yale lock was quite high up making it difficult to open the door.

Property has great view of Sheffield city. The hosts were responsive and gave good information before stay. Was able to see friends while in city. Property was nice and clean.

The keys are located off premises, although the hosts provide a map of where to find the keys.

location was ok this is what we chose so cannot quibble about location in city, communication before was excellent but moment we stepped out off lift it all went down hill., see the last photo backs up what I say about owner trying to make me leave good feedback. All I can say is would never stay any off his properties again, and I wish everyone who stays there good luck and I hope you have a better experience than me!!!

chipped glasses, tiles cracked in bathroom, tiles held on with masking tape, shower glass full off marks not cleaned, bedside tables and behind covered in dust, living room by balcony not hoovered, front door clearly been kicked in by drug or vice squad, door not replaced just a board on in and out side and lock placed very high and difficult to get in and out off property, cupboards full off sugar was this flat actually cleaned i ask myself????. No hot water was left on and took us 24 hours to resolve as we spotted late at night ( and out off curtesy decided not to contact to morning as late at night) we did get resolved but annoying cleaner switched it off before we arrived. Previous tenants took something and although the owners txted me to ask if we required we said no its fine and we were ok until we left but still got several txts annoying and badgering me to let them bring it back. for me i did not want to be stuck in a apartment waiting for someone to bring something back which i made clear but had several txts about, i have since spoke via email to owners stating my facts and that i have photos off some off the above mentioned, they just accused me off being a bully for stating the facts? they did offer me a refund if i left good feedback first??? i said no i would take what they offered as a refund but would leave no feedback as i could not leave good feedback for this property then they withdrew offer because i would not leave feedback so makes me wonder if other feedback is what it states??? i have the communication between us so feel free to ask me for this. This is my opinion off the apartment backed up with some photos, and quite honestly never stay in one off there apartments again, if you stay there i hope you have a better time and cleaner apartment than we did. *** Update on owners response Booking.com feel free to access the communication from myself and owner please you have my authority to read the emails between us on your site *** see pics
