The house has an amazing outside area to enjoy in a large company. May /June are best months to go there aince you can also enjoy the pool area due to watmer weather Also very cloae by walk to the lake

Some mattresses were not comfortable

Siamo riusciti ad usare la piscina anche ad ottobre, gran bella villa con giardino con ulivi

La villa è veramente grande e permette un ottima privacy. La posizione è ottima Consigliata per chi vuole uno spazio indipendente

The Location is superb. The pool is excellent. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is excellent Has an old world charm

The overall impression is that this place needed love and attention. It is a little sad, shabby and not all that clean. As a landlord myself I would be ashamed to let this place. The agent seemed ashamed of the place. The freezer didn’t work and we only got a replacement after we complained several times. The fridge was poor. It worked better after we defrosted it but it quickly froze up again and was poor again. One downstairs toilet seat was broken and though we complained nothing happened despite being given assurances it would be fixed. The electrics were somewhat dodgy. The upstairs bedroom main lights didn’t work and the toilet light was faulty. The pool lights flickered and went out. The main door lock had to be fiddled with to work. There were only 2 wine glasses for 9 people. The kitchen was shabby and needed maintenance. The garden needed tidying. The garden furniture was minimal or broken and very different from the pictures. The house was generally shabby and lacking on care and attention.

The small door in the garden doesn't open or work. The garage door of the car broke down. We booked the car for 2 hours. We were going to Milan and were late. The first day the pool lights worked and the second day they broke and weren't fixed. Strange? The garden lights are very bad. Outside the house and the bed shakes and is very old and uncomfortable, unfortunately. There is damp in the house. The kitchen and oven are very old, the plates and cups are not enough and unfortunately not arranged, etc. I apologize, it was not what we expected. We are 8 adults and no children. I wish it was better equipped.
