Plenty of space, at least the linen and towels were clean.

The appartment was changed on the morning of the stay which would not have been a problem if the accommodation had been clean. Very dusty everywhere, windows did not fit properly so lots of road noise and doors banging if door not held open with chair. the tv handset was so sticky i had to wash it before I could use it, the bathmat had lots of bits on and an old plaster still stuck on the back. It was not obvious where isolator for shower was and only found that after washing hair in kitchen sink when desperate. The bathroom sink push plug would not release so had to bail out the sink as best I could. I had to wash all cutlery and crockery that i was prepared to use and the dining table and mats before I could use them as they were all sticky. the stair light was constantly on and no obvious switch to turn it on. Lounge rug was dirty and made room smell like wet dog. I did find plug in air freshner switched off at the wall that helped when switched on.

Communication from owners was poor, had to send a reminder whilst en-route to get the key codes. Also never had a response when requesting password for free Wifi. Traffic noise quite noisy at night but obviously for a city centre location this is pretty much to be expected

Affordable, comfortable and warm, cheap car park at pub across the road

We were on top of the town centre and close to where we needed to be

The noise and some of the windows didn't open and the fact we had to park away from the property and the door didn't lock properly

Can't really comment as they cancelled our booking. They offered to send us a hamper by way of apology though.

Not a lot, the bedding was clean, as was the general look.

Industrial kitchen, locks on bedroom doors and commercial lock on bathroom, very basic, broken items as curtain tie back poles (no curtains) being told they had double booked with little time to find alternatives (looking at reviews this happens all the time)coaster holding the window open (air con i suppose) emergency light hanging off the wall Booking.com should drop them
