It’s a good location for the river, and modern. Nice lounge. Good shower.

Bed uncomfortable. It needs a new and better mattress. Stodgy synthetic duvet, and dead pillows. Poor sleep.

Location was fantastic for our stay - we needed to be close to the university accommodation. Property was clean and modern. Felt fresh. Good size. Property owner was accessible and responsive.

The only downside for us was that the mattresses were incredibly soft, which is not good for people with back problems (like me). But that’s a very specific/personal issue so won’t be an issue for everyone. Simply worth knowing in advance if you too suffer.

Great location and the host was spot on, so much so we went on to another of their managed properties afterwards.

Spacious, clean, modern and perfectly located near Sefton Park.

Nice and large and well equipped apartment.

Could have been cleaner , room door entry code being apartment number seemed unsafe . Difficult to enter and exit via security gates , wasn’t easy without a fob, car stuck in middle of road etc . Location isn’t on bus route direct to city centre , 15 min walk to closest bus station (80a or 82a) . New apartment but starting to look a bit rough around the edges (cracks and leak stains on ceiling)
