2 Bedroomed apt by Sefton Park and Spire Hospital

The place was beautiful and so simple to check in. I’d highly recommend staying here

The check in was simple and the apartment was clean and tidy , such a lovely place to stay !

Lovely accommodation. Very comfortable.

Lack of mugs only four supplied. Would be good to have had some tourist info including bus info ect.

Very clean. Good location.

No black out blind in the bedroom, too light at night. Overpowering smell of air fresheners.

Beautiful apartment would definitely stay again

Nice and spacious apartment in a great location. Safe parking (space allocated for us was actually taken when we arrived but eventually person left and we could park properly). Nearby Sefton park which was handy for us with a 6 year old. Lark Lane is only short walk away and full of great cafes/restaurants.

Cleanliness could be improved but it wasn’t filthy. Just things like big wipe smears on mirrors. Personally we hated all the fresheners and diffusers all over apartment. There was so many of them in every room and all different smells. My low rating of this property is mainly for poor host/management communication. I was holding off from this review but after being treated like just another number through the door of their apartment and no genuine care I decided to write. Firstly host failed to send us door code for the apartment and their phone was switched off when we arrived. We stood outside the apartment with tired 6 year old after all days travelling not able to get in or reach anyone by contact number provided. Eventually when we were nearly to leave not knowing what to do we got a phone call from host. We were happy to be in and I was happy to let that go until poor communication carried on… On the day we left I realised I left my shirt in one of the wardrobes. Contacted host asking if would be possible for my friend to collect it who was arriving for the weekend to Liverpool. Host replied that they will post it and asked for my address. I provided address but a week later with no parcel or response I messaged again. I was asked to pay postage which i agreed and asked for receipt or where to transfer the money. After another day of silence I got told my friend can collect my shirt because it’s too much hassle for host to find an open post office! I explained my friend is no longer in Liverpool. Then got told again host will post it and once again was asked to pay postage. When I second time asked for bank details there was no response again. I long lost hope to get that shirt back and it’s not about it anymore. I could have just been told that the host won’t post it (even though I asked for my friend to collect it from wherever).

Great place would stay there again most definitely
