Modern Luxury 2-Bedroom Oasis in Heart of Whitley

The property was to a really high standard and was beautiful throughout.

The location is very good and the flat is very confortable.

The entrance and the backyard are very dirty. We think it needs a permanent maintenance to get it clean. It is very uncomfortable to get into the building trough garbage. The backyard needs a deep cleaning too. Moreover, after paying the reservation trough Booking we got very surprised that the property asked us to pay a damage waiver of 40 £ or a 300 £ deposit as a requirement to get the entrance code. We had booked properties of the same owners several times in the last years and we never had to fulfill these requests.

Spacious, comfy and tidy

It is advertised that off street parking is included within the price. We were late into the accommodation due to attending a music concert. After struggling to find the permit I had to contact the host and ask for its location. I was informed that the parking permit was lost by previous guests. Resulting in having to sort payment out for parking in the early hours. Unfortunately the host has not replied to recent messages regarding my concerns and disappointment in the situation. If they were aware of the lost parking permit, it would have been nice to be informed prior to arrival and it not take myself reaching out in the early hours to resolve this and disrupt my stay. Also there was no hand soap to use in the toilet.
