Location, close to sea and city centre. Car parking - invaluable in Brighton. Warm, clean, inviting house with everything you need during your stay. Great decor and nibbles, milk and wine a really welcoming addition. Owner offered early check-in and late check out which were really helpful. Communication with owner smooth and friendly.

Great location in the town centre. Very nice inside - home from home with everything you need. Clean and tidy. Host is lovely and easy to communicate with.

As it’s in the middle of town there’s not much of an outside area and it’s right next to a (nice) pub… not a problem as such but worth noting.

The host was very flexible with our early arrival. Very good communication before our arrival ; very responsive. Nice touch to have crisps, chocolate, fizzy wine and milk upon our arrival.

"We had a great time and loved the house which was in a great location and had everything we needed."

We had expected to collect keys from the keysafe but Sima was at the property when we arrived so handed the keys to us.
