"Stress free, very comfortable and well thought out property, bijou but perfect for a 2/3 day stay."

The property is very close to the observation tower, and adjacent to a road that is full of restaurants, we found a nice family owned Italian, although most of the restaurants seemed to be aimed at a student demographic, as in very cheap and cheerful, not good quality. There is a seafood restaurant 5 minutes away, food is OK, crab, lobster, oysters etc. We were amazed though by the prices, higher than our local seafood restaurant in Mayfair, London.

The only suggestion I would make is very personal, at 6ft2 and 16st I found the mattress too soft, and uncomfortable, however my wife at 5ft7 and 8.5st had no issue.

"Superb host , fantastic house , loved Brighton"

Superb house , perfect spot to stay when visiting Brighton . The house had everything we could need , it was in a nice tucked away street which felt safe, but still very central to the city , we parked the car up for the 4 days we were there , and it was very easy to walk round . We had some great food , Ephesus restaurant , Casalino restaurant ,both really nice , but Baqueneo steak restaurant is a must , absolutely fantastic steaks . loved Brighton , we`ll be back . A big thankyou to our host , she was brilliant

£35 fine for going in a bus lane , Brighton road system is a mess , were still going come back though

Excellent location near the seafront and also near lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. We really appreciated the free parking which came with the property.

"Absolutely Amazing!"

The house is absolutely beautiful and surpassed our expectations! Very spacious, super comfy beds. Such attention to detail throughout! The host was super friendly and made the whole process seamlessly easy. Location was perfect, right next to everything. The only place we'll stay if we ever visit Brighton again!
