- the location of the flat was good - basic amenities

- lots of noise as the flat doesn't have double doors and it is on the ground floor right next to the entrance to the building - mould in the bathroom on the floor/tiles, I raised it with Booking.com, however the property is not responding to the complaint - the photos are not accurate

This one-bedroom apartment is a great mix of being close to the city center and a peaceful spot. It’s just a 10–15 minute walk to downtown, super clean, in great shape, and has a fully functional kitchen and bathroom — perfect for solo travelers. Plus, everything you need is just around the corner.

Despite the functionality of the kitchen, it lacks some basic utensils and everyday essentials like salt or oil. Adding a dish rack for drying used dishes would also be helpful. The bed is placed right in front of the bathroom, which causes the door to hit the bed corner and prevents it from opening fully — a bit inconvenient. Ventilation is also an issue: the only window is partially blocked, making it hard to cool down the room. Surprisingly, it gets quite warm even though the unit is on the ground floor. Lastly, a small cabinet or nightstand would be appreciated to help organize luggage and personal items more effectively.
