TREverything that could be in a hotel room was there, nothing was missing. Location is the best possible in Helsinki. Visiting sites are within walking distance. Entry to the room was easy, and the directions were clear.
Being on the ground floor and right next to the external door may deter those sensitive to noise. The temperature was good since I went in the summer. As a suggestion, using white sheets and white cups can make it feel cleaner. I struggled a bit at first with opening and closing the door lock system, as it was the first time I had seen one. Advice can be given to future guests regarding the use of the windows and door.
