"A great place to stay for an Orlando adventure!"

Location - very easy drives from all parks, Walmart very close by, gated estate. Great facilities, thoughtful touches such as pantry, games room, lots of clothes hangers, blankets and towels. The owners, John and Donna were so helpful and pleasant before, during and after our stay - lovely couple.

A few things were a little worn or tired but it did not affect our stay hugely.

Gated location so felt very safe. 3 bathrooms were really useful for a family group. Comfortable seating area and spacious for 6 adults. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and crockery for anyone who wants to cook rather than eat out all the time. All in all, a comfortable stay.

Could do with a deep clean and a refresh of paintwork. Some maintenance would be beneficial eg tumble drier door will not stay closed unless taped up with a chair wedged against it..even then it was very noisy. Fridge handle is loose...top tray in dishwasher is difficult to pull in and out as it was broken...shower tray drain cover loose and looks very grubby..just generally needs a bit of tlc. South facing pool was not warm as tall trees blocked the sunshine. Pool furniture a bit jaded.

The property was very clean and it had everything you needed in a kitchen. That was a plus for me.

I can’t complain. A lot of thought went into ensuring the guests are comfortable. I have kids , and I personally would have loved the use of an air fryer, but I’m thankful for everything. I’m definitely going to stay here in the future. Thank you Donna and John!

Perfect Villa for our family of 4. A peaceful location and well situated for visiting all the Oralndo attractions. Great communication with the owners, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Hopefully we'll be visiting again soon!
