Close to Pepperpot restaurant. - walkable distance and definitely recommend! Clean and nicely laid out. Tv in all rooms. Has a washing machine but we didn't use it. Nice lady checking us in. Had a nice stay with my family here.

Only space for parking for one car. The towels provided were a bit thin and not very absorbent. It was very hot and no blackout curtains in the second bedroom so bring an eye mask..

The property is immaculate and perfectly located near the Derby town centre. Wonderful host who is extremely friendly and helpful. Far nicer than staying in a hotel.
