Very modern. Clean, tidy and beautifully furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Close to train station. Kora was excellent to communicate with.

Kora, had set the dining table up ready . It was beautiful. Everything was beautifully presented. Our only issue Was the beds. My husband is 6.5 so his kegs dangled off the end. My son is disabled, everything met his needs. And me, I’m just being picky, the mattress was not right for me. Location for the apartment was great. Access from the parking bay was very good. The view from the window was a building site. But I’m not judging on that. The apartment was great.

Excellent location for Derby and the nearby festival we were attending. The host's communication was excellent and the apartment is stunning; like a show house. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath apartment.

The apartment contained everything we required for a very comfortable overnight stay. A lot of thought has gone into ensuring that all facilities were available and there were some lovley personal touches like the welcoming bottle of wine, milk and water in the fridge and a high standard of cleanliness.

Couldn't find any oven gloves to lift the takeaway out of the oven!!

This two-bed apartment looks impeccable, the decor is very tasteful and the beds are quite comfy. There is a good level of attention to detail. The host met us at the property and despite us being late was very welcoming and polite. I have stayed in many places in Derby when visiting family, many end up disappointing. This place was the complete opposite. I was not expecting too much and ended up delighted. I will be staying here again when I visit next and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants home from home. Thank you for a great stay!!

Nothing negative but this is a new build and the food delivery service struggled to find it. Our food was delivered to the building opposite. Ensure you include the building name in the address.
