It was in a good central location, clean, and bright. Facilities were good and instructions were clear.

I left an item of clothing at the property which the owner kindly offered to return. 4 weeks later and I still haven’t been sent the item and the owner has ignored my messages. It’s put a bad taste in my mouth as the overall stay was ok. Definitely not worth the money I spent to stay which was a lot all things considered to then be ignored.

Surprisingly spacious, exceptionally clean and a nice kitchen. My sister and I appreciated having our own good sized bedrooms and enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable sofa after a long day out walking. A very pleasant stay. We didn't find the staircases to be a problem at all, but they probably wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The flat is located in a lovely part of town, close to all the amenities, great pubs and cafés. Highly recommend.

A hanging rail in the upstairs bedroom would be a welcome addition and an automatic light in the lobby would be such a help. Thank you.

Very clean, well looked after, modern, extremely convenient

Not the host’s fault but there was a light that went on and off all night outside the small windows behind the bed of the upper room. It made it hard to sleep. Dripping tap needs to be fixed.
