Viewpoint Villa - Luxury 4 Bedroom villa with elevated views

The views from this property are stunning. Well worth getting up early for the sunrise. Photos don’t do it justice with how much space there is inside and out. Less than 5 minute drive into town. If you turn left going out the street, you end up on Serpentine Road which was interesting 🤣

As mentioned in other comments, just the top shower leaking. Thankfully there is a tumble dryer to dry up the shower mat. No dishwasher tablets but we bought our own. Would have been a nice addition if the hot tub was working, but we knew this wasn’t working beforehand. Minor things that would definitely not put me off staying again.

Lovely house with great views

Spacious and laid out well. 3 bedrooms of good size, 1 en-suite downstairs, 4th bedroom on top floor, en-suite. Living room, kitchen and dining room on 2bd floor which is whee you enter. Good size garden with plenty of seating.

We had a fabulous stay at Viewpoint Villa. The house was spacious and comfortable. Great views from the house and only a 45min walk into town along a nice wooded path. Thanks also for the speedy supply of dishwasher tablets, when requested.

The only negative aspects were the shower in the master bedroom on the top floor, which leaked water across the floor (the seal at the bottom of the shower door was missing), the tap in the shower would only move from hot to scalding and the bathroom door lock was very tricky, which made it difficult to unlock at times! Small issues that did not deter from our visit but thought you should be aware of.

Wonderful location and is easy to find. It's a peaceful, quiet area with no passing traffic. Very safe for the children. The house is beautifully furnished. Spacious with a well-kept garden. Large oven and fridge freezer. Accommodation is over three floors, plenty of room for our family of 7. Amazing views

Sadly, we encountered problems that had already been highlighted in some previous reviews. Non of the terrestrial TVs were functioning. This was resolved promptly by the magament team. As was the loose stair gate and kitchen blind. The water in the house was dangerously hot. We had 2 children with us who we needed to supervise handwashing because of the water temperature. Again, the management team arranged a plumber who was able to reset the water temperature. The temperature contol on the shower in the castle room is broken. The temperature of the water could not be turned down, which made this shower particularly dangerous in combination with the exceedingly hot water. Unfortunately, this was not a problem that could be easily fixed. It is expected that the shower will need additional work. Both en-suites leak onto the tiled floor. This creates a potential slip hazard as the amount of water is not inconsequential. The castle room shower door does not close properly. Wood is rotting around the bedroom door frame, so this is not a new issue. The bath plug is disconnected from the mechanism, so it doesn't lift when trying to empty the bath. Frying pans and baking trays need reviewing. The frying pans have lost the non-stick, and the non-stick coating is coming off the baking trays. For a luxury villa, I perhaps expected more/ better cooking trays/Pyrex dishes or similar as we were cooking for a family of seven. The management company is aware of all these issues, and it is expected that all will be addressed in the near future. I can't fault the response of the management team or the tradesmen who arrived on both Friday and Saturday. Very professional and friendly. It's just a shame that quite a lot of our 4 night stay was taken up with reporting and resolving problems. But, hopefully, our experience will ensue that your visit is as amazing as the house. would have been the icing on the cake if the hot tub was working. we were not disappointed as it was not promised as available but would have certainly enjoyed it if it had been.

The accommodation is outstanding. We were a family of 6 adults and had plenty of space to be together or apart. The views are spectacular and the house has everything you need.

Nothing major. A minor concern was that the shower door in the upper bathroom leaked, and there is slight damage to the skirting board between the ensuite and bedroom. We tried to rush our shower time to avoid causing more damage.
