Everything was perfect, the rooms were great and the outdoor area was lovely.

The 15 minute walk to the villa from the bus stop is quite uphill, but would love to come again with a car!

"A wonderful property good value for money and would recommend to anyone thinking of staying on Bute."

A truly beautiful house with amazing views . The views from the balcony are some of the nicest we have seen. Spacious and very well equipped beautifully decorated very clean and comfortable. The house could easily accommodate 8 people without feeling too crowded. The kitchen was very well equipped with quality appliances and large enough to easily cater for 8 people. WiFi was very reliable and the sky tv and Netflix was a real bonus especially on rainy days. Lovely garden on several levels with sea views and plenty of parking. We hope to return again soon.

The towels were very good quality but could be bigger . One of the en suite shower rooms felt a little exposed and could do with a thicker blind for privacy.

"The best part of our visit to Bute."

A wonderful villa with fantastic views and high quality fittings and fixtures. High quality interior design and spacious rooms.

A few snags: master en-suite shower leaked and closet light didn’t work. Light above kitchen table didn’t work and curtain coming off the rail in the lounge.
