Stylish Modern Newly Built Apartment 15 min From City Centre

Large property. Plenty of space. Everything you need really.

Needs blinds in one of the bedrooms with the curtains (other has them)

Very good location with free parking place. Quite and safe area, 10mins driving to city centre or 3 mins walking to the nearest bus stop. Also, 3 mins driving to the retail park which including Sainsbury supermarket and petrol station, McDonald and etc. Modern design house with spacious living room. Someone was there waiting for us while we arrived, showed us around the house. Easy check in and check out.

Some maintenance need, for example, broken bedroom lock, kitchen hood not working properly, blocking bath and basin. Also, the mattress seems too bouncing.

The place was superficially clean. Under the beds and sofas it was dirty with lots of dust. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable

We had a mixed experience during our stay. The apartment itself was generally comfortable for a family of five and well located. However, there was no WiFi on the first day, which was particularly inconvenient as we were travelling with two children and my elderly mother. While the hosts were responsive, they were unable to fix the issue and eventually moved us to another apartment the following day. Unfortunately, this meant having to repack and move again after we had already settled in. Despite repeated requests, there was no compensation or even a gesture of goodwill offered for the disruption caused. Additionally, my mother mentioned that the bed linen and pillows in the original apartment were not properly cleaned, as they had an unpleasant smell. The lack of accountability for the inconvenience and subpar cleanliness on arrival took away from what could have been a far more positive experience.
