The location of the building was hard to find entrance

This was an excellent apartment. Location is perfect: quiet, convenient and adjacent to a lovely green area. Bus stops a short walk. The apartment was spacious, with good facilities and a superb shower in the ensuite. Everything we needed worked well. Warm. Instant hot water. Convenient on-street parking. Price seemed highly competitive with other self-catering: great value for money.

Arrived on a cold November evening and temperature was 10C in the apartment. However, once the heating was on, the apartment heated up quickly. No instructions in the apartment. No recycling. First two mugs taken out were dirty and most of the cutlery had been semi-washed. There is a large plastic mixing bowl you can use in the kitchen sink, which is handy, as there's no basin and no plug. BUT it was an excellent apartment which I would want to use again.

Uncomfortable mattrasses. The mattress caused me wakening up at 6 am with a back pain. Today staying at holiday inn and I did not get any back pain.

- excellent location to explore the sights of Edinburgh if good to transit, mall nearby - comfortable and spacious flat - cute, quiet neighbourhood - good kitchen facilities - good value if compared to other similar properties in Edinburgh

- check in instructions were sent right when you are to check in. It worked out perfectly fine but had me a tad nervous while en route to location! - wifi worked excellent but if you’re staying here password is behind the router, took us a minute to find it.

The location was was lovely, apartment was spacious and comfortable with a rear garden.

Floors could have been cleaner and both bathrooms kept backing up water in the sink and bath. Minor matter but a gate from the rear garden to the side alley would be great for someone with kids.

Lovely clean apartment in nice location, easy bus service to city centre, shopping centre with Sainsbury's etc just over the road. Lots of space for family of 5 with particularly nice large living room and plenty of storage space.
