Amazing spot, right in the heart of Seville, we were able to walk to all the attractions. It was nice to have Maria, waiting for us to show us around the apartment & welcome us with a bottle of champagne! She was so lovely. Thank you.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at ÉCLAT - City Center - Avenue Luxury Apartment - PRIVATE FREE PARKING in Seville — hands down the best accommodation we experienced throughout our trip in Spain. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and looks exactly like the photos. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot afternoons; in fact, we often chose to relax indoors because it was so comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the washing machine is easy to use and works perfectly. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The private parking garage located directly beneath the apartment was a huge plus, giving us peace of mind about our car’s safety. While the apartment is slightly removed from the main tourist attractions, it’s only a 15–20 minute walk — which we found perfectly manageable. On the flip side, the location is excellent for shopping and dining, with Mercadona, Zara, El Corte Inglés, and a wide variety of restaurants just around the corner. The only minor downside is that being on the ground floor and near a petrol station, there can be some street noise at night. It didn’t bother us, but light sleepers might want to take note. Overall, ÉCLAT apartment exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Seville truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment. Very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. Not too far to walk to get into the heart of Seville.

We couldn't open the shutters so couldn't see outside but the interior lighting was so clever and warm that you didn't really notice. It had a lovely ambiance inside.
