ÉCLAT - City Center - Avenue Luxury Apartment - PRIVATE FREE PARKING

Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen, es wurde alles gezeigt, sogar eine Gratis Flasche Sekt haben wir auch bekommen. Die Lage ist gut, liegt ziemlich zentral. Alles in der Nähe. Eine Tiefgarage war auch vorhanden. Der Unterkunft hat uns sehr überrascht. der Eingang ist direkt von der Straße, Zutritt war mit ein Code. Der Raum war früher ein Geschäft oder sowas ähnliches, wurde aber liebevoll und qualitativ für eine große Appartement umgebaut. Neben das Haus ist eine Tankstelle, durch die gut isolierten Fenster kommt Null lärm rein. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Sauberkeit war auch TOP.

Null, war alles perfekt. Die einzige kleine Anmerkung vielleicht. bei der hinteren Bad fließt in der Dusche das Wasser langsam ab. War aber nicht Störend.

It is a really cosy place that we loved so much. You can easily walk to the center. If you have car its realy great choice. Very nice homeowner.

It was beautiful, comfortable, stylish & luxurious. We loved our stay. It was great not to have to use keys & the parking was much appreciated. Fran was a great host & met us to show us around & the parking place. A wonderful stay! Thank you.

The host is exceptional. She greeted us on arrival, led us to the parking space, and even offered to help us take our luggage but we refused. She gave us a quick tour, introduced the facilities in the apartment, and left a nicely made city guide to help us explore Sevilla. The interior design was incredible. It was a large studio with two nice bathrooms. The wifi works extremely well. The kitchen has all you need. The wall-mounted TV has all the streaming apps and can be adjusted to face all directions. There was even a Netflix account with the apartment's name available. The location was a bit far away from the city centre. But we used the rental bikes/scooters and got around no problem, even at night. We were initially a bit worried about the security at night, as the apartment was located on the ground floor in a building next to the gas station. But we stayed here for two nights and it was perfectly quiet and safe. Highly recommend this place!
