"Perfect alternative to a hotel!"

Excellent location for an overnight stay in Birmingham. Flat was clean, spacious and very good value with great facilities. Despite its central location it was surprisingly quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Easy pick up spot for cabs and no problems finding it. Highly recommended.

Just had a small issue with no hot water on arrival but issue was swiftly sorted by the property manager who was easy to contact.

"Beware there are extra charges!"

It’s nice and clean and good location

Really poor customer service. You need to pay a deposit of £100 on the day or they will not release the code. This is not advertised anywhere on the post. It put us under a lot of pressure to sort out

"Nice Room and Facilities, Very disappointing and unreliable staff."

The room was lovely, Cleaning facilities amazing, Cooking equipment beautiful. Could have done with a Dryer.

The Staff were unreliable and rude, They lied to us about the parking. Two of us ended up with PCNs as a result of them not promising we couldn’t park on the premises.
