Sterling Suite, Stylish Stay, High-Speed Wi-Fi, Central Location

The apartment was well decorated, very clean, in the heart of the city with New Street station 5min walk away. The host was very responsive to our requests. Definitely rebooking when in Birmingham.

Very clean and well located property near to the city centre as well as tram/train stations! Hosts very responsive to messages and provided clear instructions to retrieve the keys from the lockbox.

Good location for access to town, but not a nice area.

It took an hour to get into the property as the key safe had been removed. I left a message with the owner, and we eventually got in. I also called the owner and left a message, as friends were meeting us there and they needed to access the car park. The owners didn't call back or leave a message, so we parked away from the building. Needless to say, we returned to the car this morning and it has been broken into.

Keys were in a different location to what was advised and spent quite a while outside looking dodgy and awkward trying to locate them but once this was sorted everything was perfect.

Lovely and clean, really comfortable beds and good facilities. The host was really helpful in getting the keys to the apartment

The property was well equipped and spotlessly clean. We were there for just one night but would stay again in the future for a few nights. Hosts were very helpful and kept in contact. I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was perfect

This was the best stay I’ve ever had, it felt so homey and comfortable. The apartment was cleaned to perfection and amazingly furnished inside. The owners were very swift in communication and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!
