Clean rooms, great standards in terms of the facilities and probably the fastest communication back and forth to the owners I've had with the kind of stay. Had a wonderful night staying there very comfortable stay.

Very clean flat with all of the mod cons that you could expect. Clear and prompt instructions given from the hosts that made entry and check out easy. Location is really good about a five minute walk from restaurants and tram and ten minutes from Brindley Place.

I've had more comfortable beds and parking isn't available as part of the rental though there is a car park round the corner. But minor things, the flat suited us perfectly for a one night stay.

i loved the spaciousness and the couch was very comfortable

i liked everything about it but the only thing i didnt like was that i was on the ground floor

The facilities were excellent. Fridge, cooker, coffee machine, washing machine, internet, tv, showers. Good quality utensils. Location was perfect, near restaurants and tram services.

Apartment was very clean. Beds were comfy. If I were to stay over in Birmingham again this would be my first choice.
