"Great apartment in a great location"

Location was brilliant. Just a 10 minute walk to everywhere we needed to go. Apartment was clean & tidy & very comfortable.

Not much! It was lovely but just a few notes so that future guests are aware! A welcome pack would have been useful. We had to hunt around for the WiFi password & spent a little while trying to work out how to use the oven! We also couldn't work out how to turn on the towel rail heaters in the bathrooms. There were only ends of toilet roll in each bathroom but we eventually found more rolls in the cupboard above the oven - an odd place to keep them! The TV doesn't get ITV1 & there wasn't a hand towel in either bathroom. Minor issues but worth mentioning.

"Fabulous, super comfortable, quiet, modern apartment"

Very clean, spacious & modern. Very quiet. Comfortable bed & pillows. Great kitchen incl large fridge & wine cooler. Coffee, tea & milk pods were appreciated when we got there from the airport. Netflix incl on TV a nice surprise. Grocery store & Fiveways train station only a few minutes walk away. Train only one stop from Grand Central Station (by the Bullring). Found a fab Italian restaurant on Broadway, less than 10 walk.

Nothing. It was perfect.
