Suites nuevas con baño privado frente al metro st MWC Barcelona-FIRA

We had booked the accommodation for 5 nights, but we stayed only 1 night. In the evening, we found a large cockroach on the kitchen floor, which we considered a serious hygiene issue. All windows were closed, so we do not understand how it could have gotten inside. After this experience, we did not feel comfortable staying in the apartment and decided to leave immediately. We did not use the remaining 4 nights and had to book another hotel. When we contacted the owner, we were told that during hot weather in Barcelona it is normal for insects to occasionally appear. However, we personally do not believe that finding a large cockroach inside an apartment is normal or acceptable. Despite the situation, we were not refunded for the unused nights.

Close to the metro station

The tiny little shower elevated on a platform. The owner was very slow to respond with access to the location. I sent the requested documents 2 weeks in advance and they were unable to find them. I had to resend them to gain access to our room.

Quarto muito pequeno, Casa de banho pequena e apertada, 4° andar sem elevador? Construção antiga apesar de renovada, o lençol estava manchado, a vizinhança é algo complicada para quem tencionar chegar mais tarde, álém de fazerem barulho. As fotos não correspondem ao que realmente encontrámos quer em conforto quer em tamanho.

No me gustó nada, a sido una estafa, la habitación sin cortina sin persiana sin armario y un olor a desagües insoportable que tuvimos que abandonar la habitación antes de tiempo por salud y sumado a la publicidad engañosa que no dice que hay que subir cinco pisos andando

La ubicación

Tuve problemas con el acceso y no me contestaron al teléfono.Segun ellos no habían recibido la documentación, cosa que no era cierta, y me avisan cinco minutos antes del check in. Las 15 horas para hacerlo tampoco me parece muy bien. Por cierto, televisión hay pero no funciona.

Great location, right next to the metro. The room was fully equipped and perfect for a short stay.

It would be great to clearly mention that the apartment is located on the fourth floor without an elevator. They could also provide a few more towels as there were only 3 towels for a 5 days stay.
