Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia, l'appartamento perfetto,pulito e tutto funzionale, situato in una posizione strategica,avevamo tutto a portata di mano.I letti super comodi e la piscina sotto l'appartamento è stato un vero spasso per i miei figli! Il propietario Luca estremamente cordiale e disponibile . Ci siamo ripromessi di tornare .... Maspalomas nel ❤️

Luca met us on site despite it being late and very short notice, he showed us around, how to use everything as was very welcoming. The location is superb for visiting Yumbo Centre, it is less than 2 minutes walk, however despite it's location it was very quiet with no noise whatsoever carried over. The apartment is very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and amazingly well equipped with more kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses etc than anyone could possibly need. Dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, aircon, it has everything you could need and more. The beds have memory foam mattresses and pillows which were a dream to sleep on and there were extra pillows and blankets available if needed. Outside the apartment the pool area was very quiet, no problem getting a sun bed at any time of the day, the pool is big and well maintained and was being cleaned and checked daily. 10/10 for this apartment and will definitely be staying again.

Appartamento fantastico, attrezzato di tutto, letti comodi, posizione eccellente e piscina fruibile tutto il giorno. Luca è un host fantastico, molto disponibile e cordiale. Sicuramente ritorneremo!

The property was close to Yumbo centre and it was really convenient. It is a quiet block with a big swimming pool. The apartment itself has everything you need, and everything was clean. The booking in with Luca was great and he explained everything clearly. I really missed the dishwasher, which unfortunately was broken at the time, but I also understand that it is difficult to find someone to fix it as everyone is on holiday in August. That being said, we had so much time on our hands that a little bit of handwashing for two wasn´t the end of the world! A great stay, thank you very much and would highly recommend it!

Location good for pride. But u can found better.

Was charged one deposit that I wasn’t informed about, and at the end the host came one day before the checkout to visit, and later was charged me 60€ about clean the apartment, what he didn’t even said where was the garbage. Anyway, was the first experience that I had like this, and in the end he SAID was waiting for my REVIEW to give my deposit back! I wrote emails to booking and I’m sure they will care of it. There’s many places around much better than that one.
