Great apartment just a few steps from Yumbo. The apartment is amaizing and modern, you will find everything from coffee machine to full kitchen equipment, TV with internet, washer and dryer or anything you need. An indoor swimming pool where you can spend time. Apartment is excellent option.

"A Breath of Fresh Air: Modern Comfort"

Charming modern apartment equipped with all the essentials. I particularly adored how the windows could be fully opened, creating a wonderfully airy ambiance. Additionally, its proximity to Jumbo makes its location ideal.

As it is an apartment, there were occasional neighborly sounds, and at times, music from the restaurant across the street could be heard. Nothing too bothersome, but it's something to be aware of.

The ideal apartment for people who want to be close to Yumbo center . As my friends said, it was the best apartment we ever stay . As we love cooking the kitchen was fully equipped to make good meals. Thank you Luca

"Excellent place !"

For our Christmas vacation we decided to stay at this place. Place is at very central location. Bus stop is nearby if anyone wants to use public transport and plenty of car parking places around. If you don't find parking place in front of the apartment, there are always other options within walking distance. Highway is within few minutes from the apartment. Supermarket and restaurants are in close vicinity. Room is very spacious and Kitchen is well equipped. Luca was very helpful. He made sure that we get the apartment on requested time. He made himself available for any queries before check-in and during our stay. Overall our experience was very pleasant.

"I make no apology's its that good."

This has to be the best apartment that I have stayed in 20+ years of visits to Gran Can. It is modern,clean,comfortable,very well equipped,secure,well positioned and all done with style. The host Luca is very friendly and helpful.Thank you. If I sound like an advertisement I make no apology's its that good.

Nothing that I can think of. Maybe having to leave!
