Luxe 3 Story Townhome with Downtown View Near NRG Stadium Centrally Located Walkable To Popular Restaurants sleeps 8

Very good communication with the host via email and WhatsApp. They responded quickly to any issues (e.g. dirty dishes, not enough cutlery, etc.). The host even offered to send someone to clean the kitchen, but we decided not to take advantage of it. Nice area and a garage available. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe. Comfortable, spacious apartments. However, it is definitely not a luxury property as suggested by the name.

Many of the dishes were dirty, and the gas stove was covered in grease. There was a lack of cutlery and wine glasses. Cookware such as frying pans is worn out, making it difficult to cook anything properly. The dishwasher is old and very loud; since the kitchen is connected to the living room, it is hard to stay in the living area while it is running. The clothes dryer is also very noisy. We slept in the top-floor bedroom, and traffic noise from the road was clearly audible – if you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue. Overall, the apartment is neither new nor luxurious, despite what the description and name suggest. It is still a good and comfortable place to stay, but definitely not a luxury property.

The house is incredible and big! The pool table was awesome!!!

To be honest, we were too confortable in all aspects of the house, no complaints!

Un hermoso depto de 3 pisos, super grande, con 2 dormitorios completos con baños en suite. El comedor y la cocina son muy espaciosos, con una mesa de Pool. Tiene cochera privada dentro de la casa. Se encuentra en midtown, una zona linda y segura con muchos restaurantes y también muy cerca del downtown. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado. Las camas cómodas. La atención del dueño fue excelente y respondió rápido a cada consulta. Volvería sin dudas!!!

Het appartrment heeft een zeer ruime woonkamer. Dit maakt het een uitstekende optie om hier met een gezin te verblijven, beter en goedkoper dan 2-3 hotelkamers Er is zelfs een pooltafel. De televisie heeft de optie om jouw eigen streamingdiensten in te loggen voor de duur van je verblijf, en dan bij vertrek weer automatisch te deleten. De eigenaars was erg behulpzaam en reageerde snel op vragen. Alles was schoon en er was geen ongedierte.

Good location. Off the beaten path in a quiet block. Quiet all night. Loved it. Pool table was a nice touch.

There was nothing I did not like about it. If I was a bachelor, I could see myself in a place like this. Very cool!

The location was not bad at all in proximity to the highway. When they say starter stuff like toilet paper and trash bags and stuff that is what they mean. I do think for the price of the place a roll of toilet paper for an almost two week stay for a family of 5 isn't enough. A 4 pack would be decent with the price. The place was really nice and roomy with 3 kids. Does need a can opener.

No can open and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and it was used already wasn't enough for the stay and price we paid. It is a really nice home, but you have to do the stairs to get to the kitchen.

The property was good location The property owner took me in same day

. The property owner asked what time would we like to arrive I requested 9-10 pm. He told me the property would be ready at that time. We arrived at 9:15 he asked if we could wait 15 minutes for the cleaner to finish cleaning. We waited in the car for 30 mins. I called and requested if we could at least wait inside. When we came in the house was no where near complete. The sheets were in the dryer. The cleaning lady son was running around. We dropped off our groceries and luggage I messaged him and told him we would just go out for dinner and requested to leave my bags. She didn’t finish cleaning until after 11. When we arrived I noticed a chip on the wooden stairs. I didn’t think much of it. There was a broken table so we assumed that there was a party with the prior guests. We was told we would receive pictures after the cleaning lady was done we never received pictures I had to contact the owner because the third floor sink was stopped up. I had to plugged it to fix the issue. My friend sent a picture of stained blood on her sheets in her bedroom. When all is said and done he’s trying to keep my deposit claiming we damaged the stairs
