Luxury Studio MGM Signature, Great Location, Lazy River, No Resort Fees

The pools were nice.

We rented a privately owned suite. Since it's privately owned, the actual hotel doesn't provide towels, toiletries , or cleaning services. It felt like the room was dirty, and all the cleaning supplies were left out. Like a broom in the closet. Toilet bowl brush. It just felt gross to me. And it didn't seem as clean as it should have been if it was not privately owned. The privately owned suites have their own cleaning services, and it was not very clean at all. The room just seemed dirty to me. I was not impressed. Also, it says there is a balcony, but there wasn't.

Bathroom left sink doesn’t drain water and the residue of hairs from the drain float up.. pretty gross. There were small residue inside the bed.Area rug corner is all rolled up, we kept tripping over it. There were no paper towels for the kitchen area.

Everyone was very helpful and the room was as advertised. The room was very quiet and had a wonderful view. The host was very accommodating and helped make our stay memorable.

Didn’t smell like casino smoke
